2. Save Your Spot

When you are ready to move forward, your planning fee secures your place on my calendar. This allows me to begin researching your trip and gives us a clear starting point for the planning process.

3. Research & Recommendations

I’ll begin looking through options that fit your travel style, priorities, and budget. Depending on your trip, this may include resorts or hotels, flights, tickets, transportation, activities, dining ideas, accessibility needs, medical travel details, or itinerary suggestions.

4. Tweak & Revise

After you review the options, we can make adjustments together. This is where we narrow things down, compare choices, and fine-tune the details so the trip feels like the right fit for you and your family.

5. Book Your Trip

Once everything looks right, we’ll book your trip and make it official. From there, I’ll continue helping with important reminders, planning details, tips, and support along the way so you feel prepared before you travel.
